ELLE Makeup participated to the ELLE Beauty Star 2023, with the theme “Beauty Beyond Limit”, held in Shanghai by the end of September 2023.
The ELLE eyeshadow palette, “New Power of Makeup”, was awarded at this occasion and released in the December issue of the ELLE China magazine.
